vinte e cinco anéis (25 rings in Portuguese) makes use of a special tuning: a minor seventh divided into 14 equal steps. An initial chorale evolves through 25 repetitions into a "chromatic" scale. It was premiered in June 2010 in Cascais, near Lisbon.
