Canonzetta
1967
violin or flute and piano, (also versions for Piano Trio or String Quartet) [3']
This piece, originally for violin and piano alone, was written in 1967 on the occasion of a music school festivity. In this work, the composer's intense preoccupation with the twelve-tone technique in the two years previous to its creation, were - out of deference to the conservative audience - not reflected at all. It consists of three parts in the Form A-B(= P-Q-Q')-A.
